The service department of Instrumetrics Industrial Control is based on professional engineers, who undergo periodic training by the manufacturer – both regarding existing equipment and new equipment, and are the highest authority for handling and calibrating the equipment. The department’s staff is committed to providing the customer with comprehensive and quality service, based on understanding the customer’s needs, finding an immediate solution and, accordingly, providing professional, efficient and courteous service.The department provides service to its customers from 2 main branches in Israel: 1. The main branch located in Netanya. 2. The southern branch which is located in Be’er Sheva.The services provided are comprehensive and are performed both by arriving at the customer’s site and by handling our laboratory in Netanya.
